Excellence in Team Performance

Aim:

Managing people & their performance is a skill that is highly subjective to the individual. Achieving the best out of your team can be a challenging task. This workshop (max 10 people for 2 days) will take team managers through a reassessment of their management & leadership style, build their awareness of how their style affects others & build on their key management skills.

This workshop can be followed up by individual 1-1 coaching sessions for managers.
