Our Learning Programmes Offer More Than You Bargained For
In the mad dash to get business done, deals closed, processes, products or services improved & delivered we sometimes forget that our people are under greater pressure than ever before. Whilst the balance sheet list of assets refers to all physical items, we all know the greatest asset a company can have are its people. But getting the most out of its people can sometimes pose the greatest challenge for managers. The old adage ‘People buy from People’ (unless of course you have no choice!) may have got lost in the good times but now more than ever it is your peoples skills & abilities that will help you as an organisation to pull through these tough times.
How do we work as your Learning Partner?
To deliver our very best to you we work through a series of steps to ensure that , we as your Learning Partner develop the right solution for your organisation.
1. Investigation phase
We sit with you & your staff to understand what are your key needs and challenges in achieving your goals. This will enable programme objectives to be set in the context of these goals. We ask lots of questions but please bear with us. This is crucial for us to deliver the best solution.
2. Proposal phase
We then propose a programme based on your input, key learning & management models, industry best practices, our industry & learning experiences.
3. Design phase
Once we have your go ahead we design a programme with your staff in mind & the key challenges they face in their day to day roles. The deign is dicussed with you
4. Delivery
The programme is delivered through a series of workshop style sessions. Individuals are encouraged to participate , engage & enjoy the learning experience. Through a coaching style approach & strong facilitation this is where the real learning is at. They will leave the training with material & tools to help them overcome the challenges they face. Some of these they will come up with themselves , others will be new to them. We will work with the skills, knowledge already have & we will build on that.
5. More than You Bargained For
Because our programmes are delivered in a facilitated sytle, the outputs from these sessions offer your company much more. They offer ideas that have come directly from the participants to help drive the business forward. These will be the most powerful ideas because they will believe in them & be proud of them. This will make implementation easy & act as huge motivation for your staff.
6. Follow up & feedback
After the programme is finished , individuals are asked for feedback as well as line managers. A review is also done to ensure that the programme outcomes were in line with organisation goals. If required followup coaching sessions can be arranged to ensure that the learning is ongoing.
