About
Her company is a ‘Learning Partner’ with a number of medium to large organisations in Ireland offering performance improvement through facilitated learning and coaching programmes. Her business success is built on a blend of business insight along with a strong facilitation & partnership approach with her clients.
Jo’s direct & honest approach along with a sense of humour enables her to build relationships encouraging people to move to the next level through a coaching & facilitation styled approach. This approach is what can bring about real behavioural change.
Just like we need to equip a company with right fixture & fittings or upgrade an IT system, we also need to equip ourselves & our staff with the right tools to be confident & successful in business. Jo believes that people can achieve their full potential in the workplace by working with the whole person.
Jo has a strong sense of the bottom line & has a passion for finding efficiencies by looking outside of the box. She has sat on Innovation Boards & some of her own projects have won world wide recognition & have been the foundation for new businesses.
Jo has an Honours Business Degree from DCU, a PostGraduate Diploma in Marketing, an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching, accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council & is a Practitioner in NLP. She is currently working towards becoming an Accredited Practitioner Coach with the International Institute of Coaching & EMCC. Jo has also has had the pleasure of lecturing with the IMI in Sales & Customer Service.
Fiona Gallagher has over two decades of experience in consultancy and training and has worked at board level for the past eight years. She a natural communicator and energetic leader and is passionate about bringing out the best in people.
She specialises in Strategic Planning, Change Management, Communications, Organisational Design, Programme and Project Management.
She has developed partnerships, designed strategies and implemented complex multi-cultural projects for companies such as the Norwich Union and the National Health Service in the UK, Amadeus Marketing and the Prudential in France, the Department of Social Welfare and the Catholic Church in Ireland.
She enjoys learning and has a natural empathy with people. As Clay Bedford once said ‘you can teach a student a lesson a day, but if you teach him to learn by creating curiosity, he will continue to learn for as long as he lives’.
Fiona goes beyond the classroom with coaching, auditing and consulting to ensure the success of the individual and corporate initiative.
She was a permanent lecturer with Institute of Technology Tallaght during its start up and qualified as a life and business Coach in 2001. She graduated with an honours degree in Computer Applications from DCU and is a member of the Project Management Institue in the UK and Ireland.
Sarah Marriott is a highly experienced trainer and former journalist who specialises in delivering writing-skills courses in the public and private sectors. Sarah has worked as a feature writer and a sub-editor in The Irish Times and has been involved in training Irish Times editorial staff.
She is also a FAS-registered trainer, former lecturer on the MA in Journalism at Dublin Institute of Technology and author of Common Errors in Written English.
Sarah has worked with many clients across public & private sector.
