Jo has an Honours Business Degree from DCU, a PostGraduate Diploma in Marketing, an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching, accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council & is a Practitioner in NLP. She is currently working towards becoming an Accredited Practioner Coach with the International Institute of Coaching & EMCC. Jo is a registered Fas trainer & has also has had the pleasure of lecturing with the IMI in Sales & Customer Service.
